In the new information
age, there is becoming an increasing discrepancy between those who are
in good standing with technology, and those who are left behind.
We in this English class have decided that such a gap must be bridged.
We, by no means, will be able to help every person on the street, or solve
every one's problems using technology. But what we can do is provide
a louder voice. That is our goal for BeHeard-- not to give a direct
handout, but to give more power to those who are poor, oppressed, or otherwise
left in the cyberdust of today's society.
