WHITE PLAGUE
White Plague: The phrase "White Plague"
was originally coined for Tuberculosis, but was also the title of
a Frank Herbert novel about a molecular biologist who goes insane over
the IRA bombing of his family and creates a virus that kills only females.
The intent of White Plague is simply a highly contagious virus that could
kill off a significant percent of the world's population. The threat
with GE towards this concept would involve taking a vector like the common
cold or most any other easily communicable disease and combining it with
a virulent disease such as ebola or certain strains of strep. (remember
the flesh eating virus? that's the one.) Basically, It's one bad
mutha-
